Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products.

Once hair extensions or hair-related products have been opened, worn, altered, or removed from their original packaging, they are strictly non-returnable. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

Please ensure that you carefully select your desired product, length, and colour before placing your order. Colour choices must be specified in the order notes at checkout.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@purestrands.co.za, including clear photographs of the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually.
